What does the starting package include?
The £2,899 starting package is based on a standard 2 m × 2 m bathroom with basic round basin and toilet fittings and chrome finishes. It includes wet wall panels, ceiling and lights, sanitaryware, a bath or shower tray, screen, radiator, flooring, trims, an LED mirror and waste removal. Larger rooms, unusual layouts, tile-effect or black finishes and upgraded furniture cost extra. Your written quote confirms the final specification and price.
Can you help me choose the layout and finishes?
Yes. We offer a free design discussion and home visit. Tell us how you use the room, what you want to change and the finishes you like. We will talk through the options with your space and budget in mind.
Do you supply and fit the whole bathroom?
We provide a complete bathroom supply and fitting service. The agreed products, installation work and waste removal will be set out in your quotation so you can see what is included before work starts.
How long will the installation take?
The time depends on the size, layout and work required. Some customers describe installations taking two to three days, but this is not a fixed promise for every room. We will discuss the expected schedule for your own project.
What does the one-year guarantee cover?
The original wet wall guarantee covers faulty installation and material defects for one year. Customer damage, improper use, accidental damage and damage from harsh cleaning products are excluded. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions and contact us promptly about installation issues or water leaks. The terms applicable to your project will be confirmed with your quote.
How should I care for my wet wall bathroom?
Keep the room well ventilated with your extractor fan or an open window. Follow the panel manufacturer’s guidance and clean gently with a warm damp cloth or suitable alcohol-free wipes. Avoid bleach, ammonia and abrasive cleaners. Do not scrape out damaged or mouldy sealant yourself; ask a professional to inspect and replace it so the room remains watertight.
